এন্ডোমেট্রিওসিস

এন্ডোমেট্রিওসিস হলো জরায়ুর বাইরে পাওয়া এন্ডোমেট্রিয়াল গ্রন্থি এবং স্ট্রোমা জরায়ুর আস্তরণ তৈরি করে। এন্ডোমেট্রিয়াল গ্রন্থিগুলি জরায়ুর আস্তরণ তৈরি করে এবং স্ট্রোমা এন্ডোমেট্রিয়ামের (যা জরায়ুর আস্তরণ নামে পরিচিত) একটি কাঠামো তৈরি করে। এন্ডোমেট্রিওসিসের ক্ষেত্রে এই ধরণের এন্ডোমেট্রিয়াল টিস্যু ডিম্বাশয়, ফ্যালোপিয়ান টিউবুলে বা শরীরের অন্যান্য অংশে পাওয়া যেতে পারে। রোগ নির্ণয় গড়ে 8-১১ বছর বিলম্বিত হয়।

অসুস্থতার লক্ষণ

- বন্ধ্যাত্ব।
- যন্ত্রণাদায়ক সহবাস।
- যন্ত্রণাদায়ক প্রস্রাব।
- মাসিকের সময় প্রচণ্ড পেলভিক ব্যথা।

রোগের সম্ভাব্য কারণ:

- কারণটি অজানা, তবে গবেষকরা দেখেছেন যে যদি আপনার পারিবারিক ইতিহাসে এন্ডোমেট্রিওসিসের সম্ভাবনা থাকে, অর্থাৎ এটি জিনের মাধ্যমে ভাগ করা যেতে পারে।

রোগের সম্ভাব্য চিকিৎসা (দয়া করে একজন ডাক্তারের সাথে পরামর্শ করুন):

- এন্ডোমেট্রিয়াল টিস্যু অপসারণের জন্য অস্ত্রোপচার।
- জন্ম নিয়ন্ত্রণ (ব্যথা উপশম করে)।

Endometriosis

Endometriosis is the occurrence of the endometrial glands and stroma found outside the uterus producing a uterus lining. Endometrial glands produce the uterus lining and the stroma forms a framework of the endometrium (known as the uterus lining). Endometrial tissue of this kind can be found in the ovaries, the fallopian tubules, or in other parts of the body in case of endometriosis. Diagnosis of the disease is delayed 4-11 years on average.

Symptoms

- Infertility.
- Painful intercourse.
- Painful urination.
- Extreme pelvic pain during menstruation.

Possible Causes:

- The cause is unknown however researchers found that the chance of endometriosis increases if you have some family history regarding it, meaning that it could be shared through genes.

Possible Treatments (please consult with a doctor):

- Surgery to remove endometrial tissue.
- Birth control (relieves pain).
